- "Space for the kids"

With a young family the clients were in need of additional space, particularly for the kids. The property sits within a terrace on quite a steep hill which inevitably requires a sensitive approach to a side extension in order not to prejudice their neighbour down the hill. The new extension has been set lower into the ground approx 500 mm and profiled along its boundary edge to deal with this condition. The resultant space is light and airy with bags and bags of storage to deal with all that clutter that comes as part of the package with kids.
