Many clients squeeze the most out of the planning process - not in this case. The owner simply wanted to open up his kitchen and create a bigger window on the garden. The rear extension is glazed on both sides with sliding glazed screen/doors opening out onto a Yorkstone patio. A structural glazed rooflight lets light flood into the rear of existing kitchen. The ceramic tile floor with underfloor heating and kitchen worktops were created using reconstituted marble.
