This property underwent a total renovation internally and externally. However, the real challenge was that none of the houses in this street had rear projections and planning restricted any new extension beyond the size of a small dining room. Solution: extend the kitchen further into the house! It replaced the rear reception and was opened up into the front reception, which became a games room, featuring a centre piece pool table. The space was completed with the creation of a cedar-decked terrace in an elevated position above the rear garden.
